Directions
The first evening take up to 4 tablets before
going to sleep. Then to complete the program,
beginning the next morning, take 4 tablets 3 times a
day for 3 days, then up to 2 tablets 3 times a day
until complete. Take all tablets with 8 ounces of
water or milk and food. Warnings
This product contains cascara sagrada and buckthorn.
Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if
you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or
abdominal pain because cascara sagradea and
buckthorn may worsen these conditions and be harmful
to your health. Consult your physician if you have
frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing,
taking medication, or have a medical condition,

Directions
Turn tube upside down, twist clear cap to break
seal and release pellets. Using clear cap, place 3
pellets under the tongue every time you crave a
