This book contains all the real ingredients on how to
invest in rental properties. Nickerson gives step-by-step
guide and shares his PRECIOUS million dollar investment
strategies in this book. After reading this book and learn so
much from it, the only regret I have is not reading it 10
years earlier. It's a must for real estate investors. Highly
recommended.
