One of the most important health books of our time,

Dr. Rubin's book introduced me to some ideas and
information that are critical to everyone's health. His own
recovery from almost certain death makes this material all the
more powerful.
We must all understand the importance of soil based
organisms, and how the health of our gastrointestinal system
is tied to the health of our immune system and enteric nervous
system (our second brain), and about the essential need for
cultured foods in our diets.
It's still one of the great tragedies of our time
that such critical information will not be shared with us by
our doctors - we have to find out about these things on our
own.
Unfortunately many people will suffer terribly from poor
health for many months or years before they start to question
their doctors and read a wonderful book like this.
