seekers and their coaches.
As a health coach and a leader in the wellness industry
for 15 years, Bob is proud to have had opportunities to help people

Currently, Bob has a thriving practice as a personal
health coach and, of course, he is Founder of the Center for Personal

Personally, Bob is committed to ongoing improvement
of his own wellness. He enjoys running and physioball classes, and
has a newfound passion for sea kayaking. He has run three marathons,
but now prefers spending more of his time with family rather than
hours-on-end pounding the pavement.
